Our Journey Through Elements 2025

After 3 beautiful days of camping and EDM, I’m finally home. Elements 2025 was a ton of fun, and the elements were very kind to us this year! Last year’s rain and a bunch of other festivals getting soaked this year made us and a lot of others prepare for the downpour again, but we were lucky and blessed with 3 days of beautiful weather, incredible vibes, and of course some out of this world festival sets from our favorite artists. Our journey through the Elements was full of surprises, new friends, and music ranging from outrageous pounding bass music to moving ballads. If you were there, we hope you had as much fun as we did, and if you weren’t, make sure not to miss it next year!

We got to the box office Friday afternoon, and after getting our tickets and going through security in a flash, we were ready to find our home for the next few days. We needed ADA camping as always, and at first, we were told we had to camp in the GA campgrounds and call for rides. This had us stressing for a moment, but some helpful and more knowledgeable staff directed us to our ADA spot, which really saved our weekend! We also realized that the ADA bathrooms were locked, and no one around us knew the code, and the ADA booth at the campground wasn’t staffed, but we were able to get it later from inside the venue. This was probably our biggest downside of the festival, but other than the hiccups with ADA at the start, Elements was actually a very smooth experience, and we are grateful to all of the staff for making it a great one!

We got to setting up camp right away, and thanks to some extremely helpful and friendly neighbors, we were set up in no time and ready for the shows. I can’t stress enough how friendly and kind our campmates were. This really was one of the highlights of the whole weekend for us, just making friends and sharing stories, trinkets, and snacks with our newfound fam. Shoutout to the guys cooking Philly cheesesteaks and grilled cheeses that kept us fed whenever we came back to camp.

Friday’s lineup was stacked, so we got ready quickly and headed inside, which was thankfully a super short walk for us. We got to check out some amazing official merch on the way in too. Staff at the gates were super friendly and speedy, also, which is always a huge plus at a festival where you can end up going in and out throughout the day. Navigating the fest for the first time was easy too, as we could hear the main stage right in front of us when we walked in and just followed the music!

On the way, we checked out the Bazaar and the art installations along the woods that lead to the Earth stage on our way to Papadosio, and we found so many cool vendors on the path too. Papadosio was a great way to get things started before we went on an adventure to check out all the stages and art that Elements had to offer.

The Earth stage was the biggest stage, and the stage design with the art around the screens and raising up above the crowd was super cool. It was awesome to see how different artists used parts of the stage to make it look like it was moving. Fire was also a large stage, and the pyro effects were constantly spitting out fire. This was probably my favorite stage between the sculpted face and arms to the fire coming out of all sides, and the dancers that many artists had spinning fire during the shows.

Air was the stage in the woods, and we waited until it got dark to check it out by going through the neon forest. The forest was so cool! It was a chill spot to hang a hammock, and at night, the trees glowed with colors, and all the amazing art came to life. I especially liked the section with all the lanterns that made you feel like you were walking out of Chinatown into the stage area. We checked out some Londonbridge and had a great time raving in the woods.

Saturday, we rested up at camp and got ready for our biggest conflict of the weekend: Sofi Tukker vs Boogie T.rio. We ended up catching the first half of Boogie T.rio and saw most of the songs we were hoping for before heading to the Fire stage for Sofi Tukker. Luckily, they closed with the song we were hoping for as well! Saturday was crammed full of energy, between the Boogie T set that was next, to DJ Diesel and Zeds Dead, with some Wooli at the Water stage in between. Wooli was a killer set, but that was our first time checking out the Water stage, and it was PACKED. So many fans were there for Wooli that we struggled to find a good view, but when we finally took in the whole crazy octopus stage design it was amazing! Afterwards, we hit up the main stage to catch Zeds Dead, which I was very excited for. The Willy Wonka/Imagine mashup at the end was a perfect wrap for day 2.

Sunday funday was the one we were looking forward to, and it delivered big time! We got up early and headed in to snag some art from Groundscore and made some friends in the process. After some more checking out the grounds during the day and seeing EVEN MORE art (there was so much to take in, it took us all 3 days), we took a break back at camp to be well rested for the night. We came back just in time for Pretty Lights, although we missed Michal Menert play his opening set earlier. PL had us moving in the afternoon with his solo set that was packed with remixes of his old tunes, some new new, and a killer sandstorm closer with a touch of Creed.

Tipper was next for us, and we got there early to get a good spot. I loved that there was a gap before Tipper to talk to our new friends in the crowd, and of course, swap trinkets some more. When Tipper started, though we were locked in and he didn’t disappoint with tracks old and new, the Jello song I had been hoping to catch all year, and an entire journey with music and visuals through all 4 elements. (and even some new ones). We also got to check out Frick Frack blackjack before LP Giobbi and won all of our hands with toy dinosaurs, winning us some bugs and a toy Furby. We also stumbled onto some hilarious shows at the fun factory near the air stage and saw an amazing drag show with Ms Woman the Woman, and her wife/sister/dentist Mixology. LP Giobbi drew us in with some great house beats and fire dancers before we made our rounds back to Water for Liquid Stranger and Fire for Deadmau5. These are sone amazingly talented artists that we didn’t get to see nearly enough of for all the conflicts, but were great while we saw them. Finally, Pretty Lights closed the night and had us all near tears with their incredible remixes of Dream On by Aerosmith and Dreamer by Ozzy that had really stuck with me since the festival ended.

Elements 2025 was amazing. From the elements themselves cooperating with us this year to the music, art, staff, and vibes, we couldn’t have asked for much more! It’s hard to even pick a favorite part, between the amazing headline Pretty Lights set as expected, to the surprise one in the campgrounds in the middle of the night, to the absolutely amassing drag queens that we saw every night at the Fun Factory and the ridiculousness of Frick Frack, there was so much to take in and love. A few hiccups with organization and ADA the first day were quickly resolved for us, and we’re grateful to All In Access and the Elements staff for making it a great one!
