No Way?!?!? Day Trip is Expanding!!!

Ready for another dose of Day Trip? Global dance music experience curator Insomniac has just announced the Northern California debut of its acclaimed Day Trip  Festival, landing at Discovery Meadow in San Jose for a two-day celebration on Saturday, October 17, and Sunday, October 18, 2026. In partnership with NPU Live, the inaugural NorCal edition marks an exciting expansion for the fan-favorite series, bringing Day Trip’s signature blend of house and techno, sun-soaked energy, and vibrant community to the Bay Area for the first time. What a trip! Now more people can experience the magic that is Day Trip!

Set against the open-air backdrop of downtown San Jose, Day Trip Festival NorCal will transform Discovery Meadow into a dancefloor haven, soundtracked by a curated lineup of globally recognized talent and rising local selectors. From groove-heavy daytime sets to high-energy after-hours moments, the weekend will showcase the full spectrum of the Day Trip sound. Techno and house heads align.

Saturday, October 17 will feature Gordo B2B Vintage Culture, Eli Brown (sunset set), Wax Motif, Script, JLittle, and Lefty. Sunday, October 18 will include Cloonee, a special After Midnight set (Matroda x San Pacho), Fallon, Eve Lauren, Sage, plus one more very special guest to be announced soon.

What began as a laid-back Sunday gathering in Los Angeles has grown into one of the country’s most celebrated house and techno brands, with events spanning major markets and drawing devoted fans nationwide. With its NorCal debut, the festival continues to expand its footprint while staying true to its roots—bringing people together through music, movement, and community.
