Seismic Dance Event Announces Phase 2 for 9.0 Edition

Seismic Dance Event unveils Phase Two of their lineup for their 9.0 edition at The Concourse Project in Austin from November 13-15. This next wave showcases some exciting additions including a ton of global talent and a series of curated stage takeovers.

This Phase Two announcement leans into Seismic‘s harder, groovier sonic identity. The additions include German techno pillar Chris Liebing and Lisbon-based ØTTA, who will feature her hallmark blend of trance and groove with a Hotties x ØTTA stage takeover. Maddix carries the tempo with his fusion of techno and trance, while Marie Vaunt blends ghostly melodies cut with acid lines. The latest additions also include groove-focused UK producer Marco Strous, Berlin-based Frederic., and Jenna Shaw, an emerging Austin-based producer. Brooklyn-born multidisciplinary DJ OZA will also be featured with his genre blending style.

The Phase Two reveal also features up-and-coming UK producer Paige Tomlinson, high-octane techno innovator SPFDJ, and of course STÜM, who tends to offset frenzied energy with a playful edge. Rounding out the additions, emerging Cuban-Spanish DJ Toccororo, lively dance duo Twofaced, and Brazilian house producer Volkoder. These additions further expand the festival’s global reach and provides space to showcase multiple sounds that contiue to shape today’s EDM landscape.

Seismic is also enhancing the weekend with some amazing stage takeovers. Alongside ØTTA’s Hotties takeover, Next Gen House blends tech-house and deep-house with unfiltered rave energy. Keep your eyes out for Technobus who will be bringing their signature mobile rave experience to the festival. Each takeover will have its own distinct vibe and programming, furthering the vibe that this festival is all about exploring global culture.

These phase two artists are being showcased alongside an amazing phase one lineup featuring world-renowned artists including Above & Beyond, Porter Robinson, Sara Landry, SG Lewis, Brutalismus 3000, Chris Lorenzo, Max Styler, Layton Giordani, KI/KI, horsegiirL, Maddix, VTSS, and many more.

Seismic Dance Event has called The Concourse Project home ever since it opened its doors in 2021. Independently owned and based in Austin, RealMusic Events launched both the festival and the venue itself, which has become a staple of the city’s EDM scene. With both a sizeable indoor-outdoor space with world-class sound and large-scale production, its growing international profile has earned The Concourse Project continued recognition on DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs list, currently ranking #3 in the U.S. and #31 worldwide.

The cool thing about Seismic is that each of the three stages offers a peek into the festival’s soundscape. The indoor Volcano and outdoor Tsunami stages feature house and techno, while the Frequency stage dives into hard groove, UKG, Berlin-influenced sounds, and other groundbreaking aspects of underground club music.

The programming doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. The schedule is loaded with late-night afterparties inside The Concourse Project’s main room, transforming Seismic into a more intimate club setting. The mashup of festival-scale production and underground club culture continues to define Seismic and its place within the global electronic music landscape.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased through the Seismic website, including options for 3-day GA passes, single-day tickets and VIP experiences.
