Aftershock 2026 Announces Daily Schedule for Biggest Lineup Yet

Aftershock is officially gearing up for its biggest year yet. The four-day rock, punk and metal festival returns to Discovery Park in Sacramento, California, October 1–4, bringing more than 140 artists across five stages.

Celebrating its 14th year, Aftershock will bring its biggest lineup to date with more than 140 artists performing across five stages over four days. My Chemical Romance, Limp Bizkit, Pierce The Veil and TOOL will headline the festival, alongside a packed lineup featuring $uicideboy$, Queens of the Stone Age, The Offspring, A Day To Remember, Wu-Tang Clan, Sublime, Danny Elfman, BABYMETAL, Circa Survive, Public Enemy, Stone Temple Pilots and many more.

Festival gates will open at 11 AM each day, giving fans a full day of music before each night’s headlining performances.

Thursday, October 1 kicks off Aftershock with My Chemical Romance closing out the Aftershock Stage at 8:25 PM as they celebrate 20 years of The Black Parade. The Offspring will take over the Shockwave Stage at 7:20 PM, while the day will also feature Sublime, The Used, Hot Mulligan, New Found Glory, Mayday Parade, The Pretty Reckless, Killswitch Engage, Sevendust, Starset and more.

Friday, October 2 brings Limp Bizkit to the Aftershock Stage for a 9:45 PM headlining set. Wu-Tang Clan, Public Enemy, Cypress Hill, Insane Clown Posse and Drowning Pool will also perform on the stage throughout the day. $uicideboy$ will headline the Shockwave Stage, joined by Slaughter To Prevail, Three 6 Mafia, Kublai Khan TX and DRAIN. Friday will also feature performances from Coheed And Cambria, Underoath, Dethklok, Cradle Of Filth, Atreyu, Paleface Swiss and more.

Pierce The Veil takes over Saturday, October 3 with a 9:25 PM headlining performance on the Aftershock Stage. BABYMETAL, Sleeping With Sirens, Chiodos, Set It Off and Blessthefall will lead up to the headlining set. A Day To Remember will close out the Shockwave Stage following The Story So Far, Wage War, The Wonder Years, The Devil Wears Prada and Escape The Fate. Fans can also catch Black Label Society, Circa Survive, Down, La Dispute, Saosin, The Ghost Inside, Counterparts and more throughout the day.

Aftershock wraps up Sunday, October 4 with TOOL headlining the Aftershock Stage at 8:25 PM. Danny Elfman, AFI, Zakk Sabbath and Buckethead are also scheduled for the main stage, while Queens of the Stone Age, Stone Temple Pilots, Highly Suspect and Wolfmother will perform on the Shockwave Stage. Body Count, Suicidal Tendencies, Dance Gavin Dance, From First To Last, Sleep Theory and more round out the festival’s final day.

This year’s lineup also includes several special appearances, reunions and anniversary performances. Circa Survive will perform a West Coast reunion show and one of their first shows since 2021, while The Story So Far and Spite will return for hometown performances. Dance Gavin Dance will play a hometown show and exclusive Bay Area performance.

Other highlights include From First To Last reuniting for a rare performance, Kylesa playing its first West Coast show since 2015, Drowning Pool celebrating the 25th anniversary of Sinner and Wolfmother bringing its 20th anniversary tour to the festival. Thursday will celebrate anniversaries of three albums, while Municipal Waste will perform a 25th anniversary set. Fans can also catch reunion performances from Oleander, Drop Dead, Gorgeous and Ünloco.

New for 2026 is Cantina del Diablo, an open-air space under the trees featuring Mexican street food and so much more. The Aftershock x Jungle Bird Tiki Bar is also expanding from its one-day 2025 pop-up to the entire festival weekend with curated drinks inside an air-conditioned, island-inspired space. Fans looking to catch games between sets can stop by Overtime Sports Bar near The Point Stage.

Other onsite experiences include Take Me Home, where fans can purchase exclusive merchandise and signed items while supporting animal rescue efforts, and Body Art Express, a veteran-owned mobile tattoo shop offering tattoos and piercings onsite.

For the first time, Aftershock is also offering official RV and Car + Tent camping at nearby Cal Expo. Camping passes include festival re-entry, with shuttle passes available separately. Campers will also have access to the Aftershock Wednesday Night Camping Pre-Party hosted by Rock & Brews, featuring a happy hour, complimentary beer and well drinks, mini-golf, batting cages and additional food and drink specials.

Limited four-day, two-day and single-day passes are still available, including General Admission, VIP and Capital Club options. Official hotel and admission packages are also available through Jampack.

After welcoming more than 164,000 fans from all 50 states and over 30 countries in 2025, Aftershock is returning even bigger in 2026. The festival will remain at Discovery Park for years to come following a new 10-year agreement between Sacramento County and Danny Wimmer Presents that allows Aftershock to continue at the location through 2035.
