Descend Into Darkness: Obsidian Takes Over Phoenix
Phoenix is preparing to descend into darkness as Obsidian returns to the Eastpark Underpass on November 6–7, bringing two nights of hard-hitting, underground techno to the heart of the city. Built for those who thrive in the darker corners of electronic music, Obsidian is set to deliver a ruthless sonic experience where heavy rhythms, industrial energy, and the underground scene collide.
12 artists, one stage, and two nights of uncompromising techno, Obsidian is calling on the underground community to come together for an experience that pushes beyond the ordinary. This year’s lineup features an explosive mix of sounds and styles, with artists including Adrian Mills, Baugruppe90, Boys Noize, Chris Liebing, DJ Stingray 313, Frederic., ØTTA, SoFTT, The Chronics, and Truncate, with more artists still to be announced.
From pounding basslines to hypnotic grooves and relentless percussion, the lineup promises to bring the underpass to life with the raw intensity that defines underground techno. Set against the unique backdrop of the Eastpark Underpass, Obsidian offers an atmosphere built around immersive production, dark surroundings, and the kind of energy that keeps the dance floor moving long after the night begins.
Obsidian is an invitation to step away from the surface and immerse yourself in Phoenix’s underground electronic music scene. For two nights, the city will trade daylight for darkness as local and visiting techno fans unite for a full-throttle experience dedicated to the sound, culture, and community of the underground.
