A Feast at The Governors Ball
You’ve seen the awesome lineup that the Governor’s Ball released, but check out that mouth-watering, thirst-quenching food and beverage lineup! From September 24th – September 26th at the Citi Field Complex in Queens, festival patrons will not only witness amazing live sets from headliners Billie Eilish, A$AP Rocky, and Post Malone, but will have a wide array of gourmet festival foods that can satisfy every craving under the sun.
All weekend long, attendees can refuel with delicious eats and sweets from some of the best establishments New York City’s world-renowned food scene has to offer. Roberta’s Pizza, Big Mozz, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, The Bao Shoppe, La Newyorkina, Wowfulls, Try Vegan, Milk & Cream and many more will share the limelight with performances from artists including Megan Thee Stallion, RÜFÜS DU SOL, J Balvin, Kehlani, and 21 Savage.
In addition to the delectable variety of New York’s finest foods and multiple free water stations throughout the grounds, there will be plenty of options on hand for anyone looking to refresh with an ice-cold drink. Festival fans can enjoy a nitro cold brew from Rising Brewing Co., or a fresh-pressed offering from John’s Juice. Not to mention selections from BABE wine, Juneshine hard kombucha, Bud Light Seltzer, and beers including Bud Light, Bluepoint (featuring a Governors Ball 10th Anniversary brew), and an assortment of other craft beer options. The 2021 cocktail program will feature festive concoctions from BACARDÍ (bringing tropical vibes with the Gov Ball Punch), Tito’s Vodka (quenching thirst with Tito’s Sparkling Lemonade), Aperol Spritz (featuring their vibrant and bubbly namesake cocktail), Patrón (a timeless margarita on the rocks), and Jim Beam (keeping things classic with a Jim & Ginger Highball).
Governors Ball has also announced COVID-19 health policy for the 2021 event. A full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result will be required to attend the festival. For patrons who are not fully vaccinated, a negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 72 hours (3 days) of each day they attend the event.
