Airrica & Ashee – International Confusion
Diplo’s house and techno label Higher Ground presents a scorching body of work from rising, Ibiza-based female DJ & producer Airrica (originally from the US) and enigmatic UK-based producer Ashee, who fuse their transatlantic influences to form a sound that goes outside the armory of typical tech weaponry. The release exhibits the imprint’s taste for increasingly cutting-edge styles.

Gammer & RUNN – Roots
A household name in not only the Monstercat community, but the entire dance music space, Gammer has spent over a decade cultivating his addictive blend of UK hardcore and dubstep anthems. Now, this legendary artist has returned to Monstercat with his happy hardcore-inspired festival hit, “Roots”. Teaming up with the talented vocalist RUNN on the new track, “Roots” is set to release on Wednesday, August 16th. The track will be synced to one of the most-played online games on the planet, Rocket League.

The Flaming Lips Day
Stern Grove Festival, the oldest outdoor music festival in California, is excited to announce a special ceremony preceding the final concert of the 86th season to honor the legendary rock band, The Flaming Lips, before their headlining performance on Sunday, August 20.
Celebrating August 20th being declared as “The Flaming Lips Day” by the City of San Francisco the Mayor of San Francisco, Mayor London Breed will present the special proclamation to the band while offering words in recognition of the band’s longstanding contribution to the unique cultural fabric of the San Francisco Bay Area. Along with Mayor Breed will be Festival’s Board Chair Matthew Goldman, Executive Director Bob Fiedler, and Commissioner and Chair of California State Parks Phil Ginsburg.

Time Warp today unveiled the full lineup for its highly anticipated return to New York City, in partnership with long-standing partner and underground events collective, Teksupport. Held on November 17-18th at The Brooklyn Navy Yard, the premier techno festival will be soundtracked by the world’s leading house and techno selectors taking over two massive warehouses for the weekend.
