Great news, folks! CBGB has released their 2025 lineup and tickets are on sale now. Packed with incredible artists, you’re going to have an amazing time under the bridge. Starting off strong with headliners Iggy Pop, Jack White, and the legendary Sex Pistols. Also joining the lineup are Angel Dust, Destroy Boys, Cro-Mags, Gorilla Biscuits, The Linda Lindas, Johnny Marr, Melvins, Soul Glo, and so many more. This year’s lineup is absolutely stacked!
History of CBGB
CBGB began in New York City in 1973 and immediately became a forum for American punk and new wave bands. Some of the OG artists were The Ramones, Blondie, Talking Heads, and Misfits. As the 80’s approached, the festival grounds became known more for hardcore punk like Agnostic Front and Murphy’s Law. In the 1990s, classic rock started appearing on the scenes with artists like Korn, Green Day, and Guns n Roses.
CBGB used to be a storefront with a club space next door called “CBGB Record Canteen” but that was eventually replaced with “CB’s 313 Gallery”. The Gallery was notorious for showcasing popular bands of all musical styles from acoustic, to rock, to jazz, and other experimental music. Unfortunately, the club closed in 2006. In 2010, CGBG Radio launched on the iheartradio platform and started the music festival in 2012. This has catapulted CBGB into the venue space we have today.

Tickets are ON SALE NOW for this event. The event is 16+ and GA tickets are $149 + fees. This will give you access to all artists of the festival for both days of the event. VIP (Very Important Punk) tickets are $299 + fees and will give you faster access into the festival as well as private viewing stages and bathrooms. The festival also offers a discounted sale for younger punks (under 25) for only $73 with a valid New York license. Get your tickets now before they sell out and we can’t wait to see you there.
