After years of dominating their respective lanes in bass music, DIESEL and Virtual Riot are finally joining forces for their explosive debut collaborative single, “Damage.” Dropping Monday, February 3rd on Monstercat Uncaged, the track marks a monumental moment for electronic music as these two globally revered icons unite. Widely known as Shaquille O’Neal, DIESEL has ascended to dubstep royalty since launching his project in 2015, while Virtual Riot has solidified his legacy as one of the most innovative producers in bass music and sonic experimentation.

HAYLA – Alone (Live at RAK Studios)
Gearing up for time in the U.S. this month in support of her debut album DUSK, powerhouse vocalist and high-caliber songwriter HAYLA has released a new acoustic single “Alone (Live at RAK Studios).” Its arrival coincides with HAYLA’s US headlining show tonight at Webster Hall in New York, with more dates set for Denver, San Francisco and Seattle to come.

Horst Arts & Music Festival
Horst Arts & Music Festival is gearing up for its 11th edition at Asiat Park, Vilvoorde in Belgium, announcing the full line-up for the festival’s 11th year on February 4. On 1, 2 and 3 May, the festival will open its doors to festival-goers in search of the hidden depths of electronic music culture, with no fewer than 115 unique artists on the bill.

Dirtybird is continuing its 20th anniversary celebration with a debut single ‘Above’ from rising Colombian producer/DJ Julian Collazos out now.
A striking inauguration for Julian Collazos, ‘Above’ is a dark and winding deep tech thriller. The track cruises with a driving momentum as Collazos rolls out reverbbed synths and hyperactive percussion throughout its textured five minutes. ‘Above’ embodies the edgy spunk that can be found on the intimate underground dancefloors that Dirtybird will take over as part of their 20th Anniversary Tour this year.

Sónar Festival
This new confirmation bring the total number of live shows, DJ sets and multidisciplinary performances to 117, taking place on 10 stages across Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night; including the brand new Boiler Room stage and the return of SonarLab X Printworks London.
These new additions reflect the breadth of creativity of the global scene with live shows from Pa Salieu, Sega Bodega, Dengue Dengue Dengue, and Herbert & Momoko, DJ sets from Dixon, Actress b2b Skee Mask, Dee Diggs and 90s legend Ultra Naté, and a moving tribute to the much-missed Ryuichi Sakamoto by close collaborators and electronic music icons Alva Noto and Fennez. Elsewhere, the lineup continues to blur boundaries, with Nathy Peluso presenting her remix album Club Grasa and genre-breaking artists such as Safety Trance, WOST, Emma DJ, SICARIA, DJ SOSA RD, Animistic Beliefs & Jeisson Drenth, Lua de Santana, plus many more.
