Special Events & Competitions
The 8th Annual Goldrush DJ Competition took place on July 24 at Sunbar in Tempe, where finalist, Ghidorah, earned a coveted main stage slot at this year’s festival. The evening also hosted live auditions for Weird & Wonderful performers. A portion of the proceeds helped to benefit ChildHelp, an organization dedicated to ending child abuse and neglect.

New for 2025, fans can dive into the Oasis Pool Party Series, a shimmering pre-show celebration at Gila River Resorts & Casinos on Saturday, September 13, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. In partnership with the award-winning Oasis Pool Party Series (named “Best Pool Party in the Valley” by Phoenix New Times), the event will feature 17 cabanas, two daybeds, stage tables, VIP areas, and world-class production. Limited tickets are on sale now.

Late-night attendees can keep the party going with official Friday and Saturday afterparties, with details and tickets available through the festival site.
