Colyn – Day 8
RÜFÜS DU SOL’s Rose Avenue Records announces its first-ever Rose Avenue Compilation Vol. 1, due out August 4th. Set to feature tracks by label favorites and new faces, the announcement arrives with its first track ‘Day 8’ by Dutch techno producer Colyn, out now.

Danny Kolk – Easy Love
São Paulo-based producer/DJ Danny Kolk releases his new Easy Love EP, out now via Dirtybird Records.
Easy Love opens with its engaging, funk-riddled titular track. Cut with hypnotic vocals and rolling drum beats, ‘Easy Love’ serves as an introduction to the attention-grabbing listening experience of Kolk’s latest two-track EP. Its complement, ‘Balanced System’, is a shadowy heater that offsets its smooth predecessor with bouncing basslines and a dark, tech-heavy edge. Showcasing his amusing and versatile style through the catchy toplines and lively rhythms of Easy Love, Kolk’s whimsical bass house approach is befitting the Dirtybird ethos.

Gromo – The Vortex
Genre-blending producer/DJ Gromo wants to take listeners on a journey. The New York-based artist – who’s studied at NYU’s prestigious Clive Davis Institute, traveled the world playing Ultra events in Miami, Europe, and throughout Asia, and collaborated with artists such as pop singer Rhea Raj and producer/singer-songwriter HUSH – has crafted a sprawling electronic sound informed by a diverse passion for all different kinds of art.
Now, Gromo has released his The Vortex EP – a five-track package that pays homage to horror and science fiction movies, pushes the producer’s sound into new sonic terrain, and tells a deeply personal story.

Heaven After Dark
Musical maverick Perry Farrell is the creator of one of the most successful and legendary global festivals ‘Lollapalooza’. Maddy O’Neal – Woofer feat. Cleva Thoughts
Electro-soul maven Maddy O’Neal is continuing her reign as one of the most exciting artists in electronic music. Over the past seven years, she’s played hundreds of shows and taken the stage at some of the world’s biggest music festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo and Lightning In A Bottle, where she’s mesmerized audiences with her hybrid DJ/drum pad live performance style. She’s also toured and collaborated with artists such as Pretty Lights, CloZee, Big Gigantic, and The Floozies, cultivating a fervent fanbase endeared by her versatile fusion of glistening, melodic electro-soul with funky grooves and pulsating, synth-heavy basslines.
Maddy O’Neal releases the EP’s second single “Woofer,” a trunk-rattling collaboration with rapper Cleva Thoughts. Designed with the festival stage in mind, “Woofer” is one of the heaviest tracks in her discography, combining knocking kick drums and deep, bruising bass wubs with hard-hitting bars from Cleva Thoughts.

Mayan Warrior Halloween
Mayan Warrior has announced Mayan Warrior Los Angeles Halloween, in partnership with Los Angeles-based event collective Stranger Than. Held on October 28th, the Halloween event will serve as the last official Mayan Warrior fundraising event ever after their art car was tragically destroyed in a fire earlier this year. Coming full circle, Mayan Warrior will return to Grand Park, the location they debuted their first West Coast event in 2017.

The Chemical Brothers at Amnesia
