Abraham Alexander and Gibson- Meet The Artist

Abraham Alexander is joining Gibson as the leading American instrument brand’s first ever Marquee Artist.

“Gibson is exposing me to a new audience, and I’m so blessed and honored to be a part of this legacy with so many artists that inspired me along the way,” says Alexander. “With this program, I hope I can inspire the younger generation, or whomever to pick up a guitar and write that song, because it only takes one step.”

Alaska Reid- Palomino

Alaska Reid has shared another preview off of her debut album Disenchanter, co-produced with A. G. Cook, and set for release on July 14th via Luminelle Recordings. The propulsive, upbeat “Palomino” finds her writing from the perspective of her mother, explaining “My mom lived for a while in Los Angeles in the 80s and worked at a club called the Palomino in North Hollywood. She told me and my sisters all these crazy stories from those days. I wrote this song imagining I was her, working at a club like that.”

Andrew Bayer and Farius team up on the latest remix to be revealed from Andrew’s fourth studio album ‘Duality’. Manchester-based duo Solardo has solidified themselves as an unstoppable force in the house music scene, with a number of chart-topping club tracks to their name incorporating elements of techno, progressive, trance, electro and tech house. Joshwa is an equally exciting name emerging from the UK circuit, churning out club-ready rollers that crowds can’t seem to get enough of. The two household names are combining strengths on their new collab for Insomniac Records. “VIP Business” is a low-slung house tool taking heavy cues from old-school jungle, maneuvering around chopped up MC-style vocal samples, elastic basslines, shuffling drums, and a plucky synth lead that rattles and recoils around a snappy percussive backbone.
