Arizona’s Most Iconic Gem and Music Festival
We are BACK BABY! Gem & Jam fest is set to return for its 18th installment at the Pima County Fairgrounds on February 5–7, 2027, and it is set to be better than ever. The folks over at Relentless Beats never disappoint, and this year they have given us a complete GEM of a lineup! Our first-wave of artist releases shows Ganja White Night as one of two headliners, with another headliner still to be revealed. Joining them are acts from Ott., Wreckno, The California Honeydrops, Daniel Donato, and so many more! Peep the full lineup release below!
Not Just Another Music Festival
Gem and Jam is not just another sparkly music festival, it is held intentionally alongside Tucson’s enormous annual Gem, Mineral & Fossil Showcase. For a few weeks every winter, mineral collectors, artists, jewelers, crystal lovers, dealers and travelers descend on Tucson. Right in the middle of that world is this three-day desert gathering where gemstones, visionary art, bass music, funk, jam bands, firelight, costumes, live painting and camping culture collide. Festival goers can find Gem and Mineral booths at the festival, or choose to take a shuttle from the festival to the larger showcase in town. The 2027 fest is set to have so many incredible things to experience like craft vendors, workshops, live painters, art installations, food vendors, live performers and a healing sanctuary, which gives us a pretty good idea of how broad the experience will be.
Gem & Jam Doesn’t End When You Leave The Stage
Walk-in camping is included with a weekend pass. Car camping accounts for up to four people per vehicle and RV passes accommodate up to six people. There are free showers, bathrooms/porta-potties and multiple free water stations. General camping opens Friday, February 5 at 9 a.m. with early entry beginning Thursday, February 4 at 4 p.m. There are options for walk-in camping, car camping, group camping, standard and full-hookup RV options, glamping and VIP glamping, so there is a perfect option for everyone. The festival is all ages as well, with children six and younger not required to purchase a ticket, and minors under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
We have personally attended this festival for over a decade, and every experience has been more mind blowing than the last. Some festivals are about seeing the names printed biggest on the poster, experiencing only the music and vibes. Gem & Jam has always felt more like discovering everything that wasn’t printed there. With yoga classes, workshops and magical people around every corner, it feels like you’re in a deeply immersive world all of its own. Watching everyone interact, bringing their hobbies, and joys to share with everyone there, is life changing.
