Alright festival-goers! Same Same But Different Festival is returning in 2026! Beginning in 2018 by a few friends and only a few hundred attendees, SSBD has grown exponentially each year and continues to this day as an independent festival without any institutional backing. SSBD offers far more than music; it’s a haven for creativity, connection, and unexpected wonder. Located on the beach of Lake Perris, the picturesque landscape creates and enchanting environment with surprises at every corner.

Same Same But Different Festival has officially opened its Zero-Risk Waitlist for 2026. Get on the waitlist NOW! Bringing back a $0-down ticket model that reflects the festival’s evolving philosophy; build with the community, not just to sell it. Last year, SSBD made headlines after raising more than $700,000 directly through WeFunder, allowing the attendees to become equity stakeholders in the festival. Now, fans can reserve tickets with no payment upfront. Once the lineup is announced, waitlisted attendees will have 24 hours to cancel before any payment is processed.
