Shabang 10th Anniversary is coming up fast and with that – an amazing lineup. Starting off strong with headlining acts 2x Grammy winner, Thundercat, indie pop band, Peach Pit, Noizu, grammy nominated, SIDEPIECE, and house icons, Walker & Royce. Not to mention some artists you must check out – Joy Again, Nala, American folk icons, Richy Mich & The Coal Miners, LF System, The Walters, DJ Mandy & more! Shabang will feature 4 stages with over sixty artists that include both local and international acts – their biggest edition to date. Check out their previous lineup here. Get ready to boogie in the rolling hills of San Luis Obispo to two days of alternative & electronic performances.
What Else?
Aside from the spectacular lineup, Shabang 10th Anniversary will have camping passes that include yoga, workshops, art installations, and loads of food vendors! Shabang will also feature an art garden, a relaxation resort, vendor village, aerialists, live painters + more. The University provides hot yoga, stand-up comedy, speed dating, workshops, and more things you can check out between sets. Not feeling a set? No problem. Shabang 10th Anniversary is going above and beyond this year with something for everyone.
Tickets + Camping
Good news? Tickets are on sale now. Bad News? They’re going to sell out quick so make sure you grab ’em quick. Camping passes include bathrooms, fire pits, showers, picnic tables, RV hook-ups and a general store. Shabang is an all ages event and will run May 3rd from 3pm-11pm & May 4th from 2pm – 11pm. What started as a few friends in college wanting to get together and listen to good music is now becoming the area’s largest music & arts event.
The founders share, “It is hard to believe that Shabang turns 10 this May. When we started, we never imagined the journey that life had in store for us. A decade later, we’ve arrived at the venue of our dreams with a line-up to match. What truly has kept us growing is our deep roots on the Central Coast; this anniversary is only possible thanks to this community. With camping and our biggest lineup yet, we’re dancing our way into a new chapter in Shabang’s evolution and becoming one of California’s favorite grassroots festivals. Here’s to ten more years!”
