This Fest is Louder Than Life
This fall, Louder Than Life Festival returns to Kentucky Exposition Center from September 17–20 with its biggest lineup ever, featuring nearly 200 bands across seven stages. Produced by Danny Wimmer Presents, the four-day event continues to hold its crown as America’s largest rock and metal festival, bringing together legends, reunions, and rising heavy acts for an unforgettable weekend in Louisville.
Leading the charge are massive headliners including Iron Maiden, Pantera, and Megadeth on Thursday; My Chemical Romance, Pierce the Veil, and A Day to Remember on Friday; Limp Bizkit, Papa Roach, and Sublime on Saturday; and a powerhouse Sunday featuring TOOL, Gojira, and Danny Elfman.

Beyond the headliners, Louder Than Life 2026 brings an enormous lineup spanning the full spectrum of rock and heavy music, including Alice Cooper, BABYMETAL, Rise Against, Jimmy Eat World, Mastodon, Coheed and Cambria, Halestorm, Sleeping With Sirens, and The Mars Volta, along with dozens of emerging and cult-favorite acts across the festival’s seven stages.
One standout moment of the weekend arrives Saturday with a special all-female-fronted stage lineup, featuring performances from Halestorm, In This Moment, Lindsey Stirling, Orianthi, Icon For Hire, Kami Kehoe, and Diamante—one of the most prominent women-led rock stage lineups assembled at a major U.S. festival.
The weekend will also feature special performances, anniversaries, and reunions, including one of Megadeth’s final farewell performances, reunion sets from Circa Survive and Get Scared, a 25th anniversary celebration of Bleed American from Jimmy Eat World, and a rare performance of Roots from Cavalera. Fans can also expect a Mystery Guest debut and a Very Special Guest still to be announced.
Beyond the music, Louder Than Life continues to deliver a full-scale rock experience, pairing massive performances with food and unique fan amenities—including free amusement rides inside Kentucky Kingdom, now integrated into the festival footprint. With hundreds of thousands of fans traveling to Louisville each year, the event has grown into one of the most iconic destinations on the global rock festival calendar.
