Top 5 Artists I Want To See At Beyond Wonderland Chicago
Insomniac Events is bringing the magic back to Chicago again with Beyond Wonderland Chicago. Located on the beautiful Northerly Island in downtown Chicago, this festival offers you the best Chicago has to offer. The festival takes place June 6th and 7th, so pack those bags and get ready for some fun!
Here are the top artists that I’m looking forward to catching next weekend. I mean, of course, I’ll have a blast seeing tons of others- but these ones are my faves.
First up is Adventure Club! I’ve been a big fan of them since 2013, and they were part of the second show I ever attended. So I’ve been jamming to these two for years! I really love their vibe, and they always deliver! One of my favorite times seeing them was at Lost Lands- I don’t remember the year, but I was headbanging on the rail. My friends were watching the stream and texted me, telling me they saw me, which was pretty darn cool.
Kai Wachi is up next! While I love all of the headbanging vibes, Skins is my favorite album. I am really looking forward to headbanging my cares away with him.
Trivecta is up next! I love the Monstercat podcasts, and he is a staple on the podcast. I love how much he is featured on this and am looking forward to his Beyond Wonderland set!
Excision is always one of my top sets. While I’ve seen him a billion times, he always manages to deliver. He’s actually the very first show I ever saw. My friends convinced me he “sounded just like Krewella”, which was the only EDM artist I knew at the time. This was back in 2013, and when I was at this show… I realized I had been lied to, but I fell down the rabbit hole anyway!
Finally, we’ve got Liquid Stranger. While I have seen him many times, he can always get me grooving. I am excited to see what he’s got up his sleeve for this Beyond Wonderland set.
Who are you most excited to see? Clearly, I’m into the dubstep scene. But despite the fact that I have artists I want to see, one of my favorite parts of a festival is discovering new artists. Don’t forget to explore and discover new things! Grab those tickets, and we’ll see you there!
