We Belong Here Together

We Belong Here wants to ensure you know that you belong! The 3rd annual boutique festival is taking place in Miami, coming up fast! This February 24-25 the event will happen at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park. We’ll be treated to some of the BEST names in house and techno, and dance music artists, including Bob Moses (Club Set), Gordo, Tchami, Wax Motif and more on the festival’s signature 360-degree stage. To access tickets early, a presale is available by signing up here.

In addition to the main stage, the festival will also feature stage takeovers from Lane 8’s melodic house record label, This Never Happened, and Deep Root Records, food curated by Smorgasburg, and local art, all situated right along the beachfront. Sounds like so much fun!

Lane 8 performed a beautiful 3-hour sunset set at this past festival and we’re excited to see what the label takeover has to offer! This will allow attendees to dive deeper into some up and coming artists such as Embrz, Jerro, Le Youth, Luzi Tudor, Massane, and Ocula.

Deep Root Records will be bringing the classic and afro house sounds to the beachfront! The label has helped many artists propel their futures. One of the few 100% black-owned labels in dance music, founded by Francis Mercier and Ajamu Kambon, will be curating an eclectic group of global artists spanning from Miami to Africa and beyond, including standouts Nitefreak and MoBlack.

“We set out to create a festival that would be appealing to our friends and family that had outgrown the current festival and club scene. We believed there would be a greater demand for something like this than what existed in just our network,” said Justin Dauman, Co-Founder of We Belong Here. “The community of music lovers that has come together from the initial festivals is our motivation to keep improving and build something that we can all look forward to every year. Without a doubt, we believe this will be the best year yet.”

Smorgasburg Miami, the popular open-air food market in Wynwood, is returning to We Belong Here for a second year. They’re going to be bringing festival-goers a diverse selection of culinary options from over 15 local vendors. Smorgasburg is a weekly open-air food market that was founded in Brooklyn, in 2011 and has since expanded to other cities, including Miami, with many vendors being small businesses that are owned and operated by local residents. YUM!!!

Co-Founder Charles Hochfelder adds: “As we return for our third year at the beautiful Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, we have an incredible lineup and some special surprises planned. We continue to unite a community of true music lovers from all walks of life, and we promise this will be another unforgettable experience for all. Let the countdown begin!”

Tickets for We Belong Here’s Miami festival will be available exclusively on POSH, and go on sale November 17th at 11:00AM EST. To access tickets early, a presale is available by signing up here.
