Abraham Alexander- Heart of Gold

Singer songwriter Abraham Alexander is releasing “Heart of Gold,” his second song for Dualtone Records, following the single “Stay” featuring Gary Clark Jr. which came out in September.

Adam Melchor- Touch and Go

Eli 07- 15 Miles

I’m an 18-year-old artist from Berrien Springs, Michigan. When growing up, you could find 6-year-old me sitting next to the radio flipping through channels and listening to everything that I possibly could. When people asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would say “A Superstar”. It wasn’t until late into my junior year of high school that I started making music. It all started when my friends and I were bored and tried to make a song for fun. I realized I really enjoyed doing this and continued with the best dude in all of Berrien Springs. My friend Felipe Navia! I would record a track and then send it to Felipe to edit the vocals. 6 months into making music people were feelin’ the music and we got addicted to just creating. I started posting on TikTok regularly and gained the attention of many different people. In my senior year of high school, I accepted that music was what drove me and what I wanted to do with my life. Just recently I signed a record deal with an great indie label and I’m excited to see what comes next.

Maraschino- Smoke & Mirrors

Maraschino’s last single, “Smoke & Mirrors,” plays on that wryness—Durabo’s sing-song vocals coagulate around a slowly arpeggiating synth line that wouldn’t sound out of place on a rare Moroder-sound Italo-disco record. She sings about fame and how those seeking it are sacrificed at the altar of the entertainment industrial complex. Forward-thinking producer and singer-songwriter OddKidOut today joined forces with Seattle-based rapper Macntaj for their new single, “CODES,” on Monstercat. The hip-hop meets electronic record sat as a flip to Big L’s “MVP” for nearly two years, but upon revisiting his work, the finger drumming mastermind turned it into a punchy crossover collab with glitchy breakbeat drums and dexterous rap verses from Macntaj. Peaceful Faces- Hold On (To Your Colors)

Sifting Through The Goo, Reaching For The Candlelight, the new album from Brooklyn chamber-rock band Peaceful Faces, is technically many years in the making. Indeed, while the music was recorded in the later stages of the pandemic, certain songs date back to bandleader Tree Palmedo’s earliest days as a writer, when he would spend late nights sipping box wine, teaching himself to sing, and piecing together lyrics in a frigid Boston dorm room.

Earlier this summer, Supreme Beings of Leisure (SBL)—consisting of original members Geri Soriano, Ramin Sakurai and Rick Torres—reintroduced themselves after a 14-year hiatus with “Full Circle” followed by “Contender.” Now the band who is synonymous with retro-future West Coast Chill vibe, a sound they helped create in the heyday of trip-hop and mid-tempo electronica at the turn of the century, are back with a new single “Body” out today, November 11 which will appear on their fourth studio album 22 due out February 10, 2023.

Stu Brooks- Live Nude Pigs

On December 8 two-time GRAMMY® Award-nominated bassist, producer, songwriter and celebrated studio musician Stu Brooks will release The 40HZ EP via Dine Alone. 

Today he shares the last single off the EP before release, the dissonant and hard-hitting “Live Nude Pigs” which features Paul Leary and Fake Legs.  Brooks shares, “this song was originally a collaboration between me and the band Fake Legs. When we decided to add it to my record, I reached out to Paul Leary to see if he’d lay down some guitar and vocals. His unique guitar style really shines on this tune. Sunfruits- Made To Love

The Kitchen Dwellers Tour

Instrumentally it echoes the landscape of Snowdon‘s home of Mparntwe / Alice Springs – rugged and powerful, but gentle and delicate too.
