Zombie Apocalypse 2027 Returns to Long Beach on June 18–19
Following a massive weekend of earth-shaking bass music, Insomniac has officially announced the return of Zombie Apocalypse in 2027. The bass music festival will take over the historic Queen Mary Waterfront in Long Beach, California, on Friday, June 18, and Saturday, June 19, 2027, bringing another weekend of dubstep, drum & bass, riddim, and experimental bass to Southern California.
The 2026 edition marked the festival’s first summer installment, delivering two days of world-class performances across multiple stages and an immersive post-apocalyptic production.
The festival opened on Friday, June 19, with standout sets from Space Laces, Zomboy, and Sullivan King at the Apocalypse Arena. Fans were treated to an unforgettable closing performance from Skull Machine (Black Tiger Sex Machine x Kai Wachi), followed by a highly anticipated back-to-back set from Excision and Wooli.
Over at the Zombieland Citadel, bass fans packed the stage for a stacked lineup featuring a back-to-back performance from Caspa and Peekaboo, heavy-hitting sets from Borgore, and an energetic performance from Bear Grillz + Bad News Bears.
The momentum continued on day two, with attendees experiencing another full day of bass music. YDG debuted the official Zombie Apocalypse 2026 anthem on the Apocalypse Arena stage before Subtronics delivered one of the festival’s most anticipated performances.
Meanwhile, the Quarantine Zone became the destination for drum & bass fans with performances from Sota, Hybrid Minds, Goddard, Grafix B2B Subsonic, and Tantrum Desire. Fans of experimental and underground bass also enjoyed sets from FLY, Taiki Nulight, Distinct Motive, Ivy Lab, and Truth, showcasing the festival’s diverse lineup.
Fans looking to return next year can purchase two-day General Admission and 21+ VIP passes for Zombie Apocalypse 2027 beginning Thursday, June 25. The presale starts at 11:00 a.m. PT, followed by the general on-sale at 12:00 p.m. PT.
