We’ve been hearing a ton about Ben Böhmer this past year!! Berlin-based producer and live artist Ben Böhmer has risen through the Anjunadeep ranks to become a breakout star of the past 18 months. Overall, the champion has amassed over 50 million streams across his originals and remixes. Talk about a gigantic feat! He picked up BBC Radio 1 support from Annie Mac and Pete Tong, including an ‘Essential New Tune’, and being featured in Billboard’s ‘Ones To Watch’ and FAZE Magazine’s top 10 breakthrough artists of 2020. All of this followed the release of his debut LP ‘Breathing’ at the close of 2019. What a whirlwind year it’s been for him!
Because we all love Ben so much, he’s ready to release his first full LIVE album! Ben’s previous live sets amassed millions of streams online. As a result, hee now shares his highly sought after Printworks performance. This was recorded live at London’s premier club venue in front of five thousand fans in December 2019. EEK! If you were there, I envy you! Thankfully, we all get to share in the glory.
The album features a selection of Ben’s biggest tracks across his back catalog. This includes LP hit singles ‘Breathing’ with Nils Hoffmann and Malou and ‘Black Hole’ with Monolink. In addition, the album also features brand new and previously unreleased material with ‘Motherboard’, ‘Zeit & Raum’ and ‘Phases’, a new collaboration with label favourite Spencer Brown.
