Artist Biography

The Regrettes were started in 2015 by Lydia Night who started playing guitar and songwriting at the age of six using influences from classic rock and punk. The band plays a mix of modern punk with retro new wave, sporting a very iconic 1960s women punk band sound. With a slew of originals under her belt, Night formed the Regrettes and was able to get signed to Warner Brothers. Teasing their debut album with single releases in 2016, the band dropped their debut album Feel Your Feelings Fool! in 2017. The following year the Regrettes released the EP Attention Seeker and had a change-up of their roster before dropping their sophomore album How Do You Love? in 2019. In late 2021, the Regrettes released “Monday” which was written during a ten-day retreat in Joshua Tree and recorded at both in-person and remote sessions by Jacknife Lee and Tim Pagnotta. This single was a teaser for their 2022 release Further Joy.
