Convergence Campout 2025: Music and Mindfullness
French Village, MO (Aug. 29, 2025) — From September 18–21, 2025, Convergence Wellness Campout returns to Astral Valley Art Park, welcoming seekers, creators, and heart-centered souls to embark on a transformative four-day experience. Blending the energy of a music festival, the depth of a retreat, and the playfulness of summer camp, Convergence offers an immersive celebration of connection, healing, and joy.
Organized by Convergence Productions, this gathering is more than just a festival—it is a gateway to reconnection. Nestled in the mystical Ozark landscape, Convergence weaves together somatic practices, community ceremony, and artistic expression, creating a radically compassionate space for transformation.
Though not formally designated as a sober event, Convergence is designed as a mindful, intentional space. Participants are encouraged to arrive fully present, with alcohol and illegal substances strongly discouraged to honor the spirit of connection, respect, and collective well-being. Daily Flow: Where Structure Meets Spontaneity
- Thursday, September 18: The gates open at 3:00 PM, with a ceremonial commencement at 5:00 PM
- Friday to Sunday daily schedule:
- 7:00 AM – Sunrise movement and ceremonies
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Retreat workshops
- 4:00 PM to midnight – Live music and celebration
- Midnight to sunrise – Quiet hours and acoustic jams for rest and introspection
Camping Options for Every Experience
- Walk-In Camping: Included with all tickets, allowing attendees to set up camp onsite at no additional cost. (Vehicles must remain in general parking.)
- Car Camping Upgrade: For just $22 per vehicle, guests may camp beside their cars in designated GA areas—ideal for groups wanting to stay together without added per-person fees.
- VIP Car Camping: VIP ticket holders enjoy premium camping within the main stage field. No separate car camping pass is required.
- Quiet Camping Zone: A designated area designed for lighter sleepers. (Earplugs or headphones are still recommended.)
Family-Friendly and Inclusive
Convergence is proud to welcome families into its community:
- Children Welcome: Attendees ages 0–13 receive free admission with a registered ticket.
- Children’s Village: A dedicated space is being developed to provide engaging programming tailored for younger guests.
- Pets Policy: For the safety and comfort of all, pets are not permitted. Licensed service animals are welcome in accordance with accessibility guidelines.
