Insomniac has just announced the return of Day Trip Festival at the historic Queen Mary Waterfront in Long Beach, California for it’s 4th year! Taking place during the summer solstice weekend, the festival will feature a two-day celebration of house and techno music! Amidst the sun-kissed, dreamy backdrop of the Queen Mary Waterfront and Long Beach
Shoreline Village, Day Trip Festival will usher in the summer with promises of some of house
and techno music’s most legendary and influential champions. The festival has a storied history
of hosting some of the most iconic acts in the genre, including GRAMMY award-winning
Australian artist Dom Dolla, 2024’s Best International DJ Fisher, Chicago-native house music
superstar John Summit, GRAMMY award-winning DJ and producer Diplo, AND Abracadabra
Records boss BLOND:ISH, among many others. While we are waiting for this year’s drop, you can check out last year’s lineup here!

In anticipation for this year’s lineup + festival, live sets of more than twenty acts from the 2024 edition of the festival were recorded in collaboration with EDM powerhouse, Beatport, and are available for viewing on Youtube HERE!

Day Trip started in 2018, hosted on The Patio at Academy LA every Sunday. House music fans attended weekly, gathering under the sun in the City of Angels until 2021, when Day Trip took place at the NOS Event Center for the first time. Since then, the event has grown into North America’s largest house music festival and continues to feature incredible production and unforgettable performances.
