Brunch Electronik

Barcelona’s beloved Brunch Electronik has announced the lineup for its second US edition, taking place in Los Angeles on January 18 at Exposition Park. In partnership with premier underground event collectives, Minimal Effort and SBCLTR, Brunch Electronik’s Los Angeles lineup features some of today’s brightest house and techno stars to soundtrack the daytime, open-air experience.

Number_i – HIRAKEGOMA

Japan’s latest music sensation Number_i – who is Sho Hirano (27), Yuta Jinguji (26) and Yuta Kishi (28) – follow up on their well-received debut album, No.I with a deluxe version including new single, “HIRAKEGOMA” out today, December 2. “HIRAKEGOMA,” which translates to “open the door” in Japanese, is a new-style pop tune that combines catchy phrases with heavy, powerful beats. Rising female dark electronic artist Poni has released her new Hellscape EP out now via HypnoVizion

For her label debut, Poni has offered a conceptual project in the form of three tantalizing midtempo bass originals. Unraveling with haunting melodies and gothic lyricism, Hellscape is gritty yet alluring as Poni explores themes of torment and despair.
