EDC Las Vegas 2025: Everything You Need to Know
EDC Las Vegas 2025 is officially on the horizon, and during his Music Through Music livestream, Insomniac’s Founder & CEO, Pasquale Rotella, dropped a ton of major updates. From a brand-new theme to expanded stages and exclusive partnerships, this year’s festival is gearing up to be bigger than ever.
Here’s a breakdown of what’s coming to the Speedway this May:
A Futuristic City of Sound: kineticMETROPOLIS
The theme for 2025 is kineticMETROPOLIS, transforming EDC into a high-energy, futuristic world where music and connection collide. Expect larger-than-life production, immersive visuals, and an atmosphere that feels like stepping into another universe.
New & Upgraded Stages
• Ubuntu – A Brand-New Stage
Making its debut in nomadsLAND, Ubuntu is a collaboration with South Africa’s Bridges For Music Academy, bringing Afro house rhythms and performances from both rising and legendary South African artists.
• bassPOD – A Final Farewell to the Iconic Stage
This will be the last year for the current bassPOD design before a brand-new structure is introduced in 2026.
• bionicJUNGLE – Now Bigger Than Ever
The dance floor is expanding, and the lineup will include stage takeovers from HARD Recs, Live From Earth, HARD Selects, Planet X, and Factory 93.
• quantumVALLEY – A Fresh Look for Trance & Progressive
Completely redesigned and co-hosted by Interstellar and Dreamstate.
• wasteLAND – A Harder, Heavier Setup
The stage will keep its signature industrial feel but will now dedicate one full day to hard techno and hardcore.
• stereoBLOOM – More Room + VIP Upgrades
A bigger dance floor and a brand-new VIP section for an upgraded experience.
• neonGARDEN – A Blend of Old & New
This year’s neonGARDEN will feature elements from past designs and be hosted by Factory 93, Club Space, and (for the first time) Time Warp.
