EDC Las Vegas 2027 Brings on 2 Weekends of Fun

EDC Las Vegas is expanding its horizons with a new concept of festival experiences. For the first time ever, the festival will expand over a 12-day period, and hold two weekends of EDC in 2027.
Headliners will be a part of history next year as they take on this first-time experience. The newly reimagined festival will begin with “EDC Dusk” (May 14-16) and then go into “EDC Dawn” (May 21-23), with the full “Dusk Till Dawn Experience” running from May 13th all the way until May 24th. This “Dusk Till Dawn Experience” will extend into many other activities that are held during EDC week. With all that being said, we can now look forward to two times the fun, two times the experience, and two times the memories.

Insomniac Founder Pasquale Rotella Said “We wanted to reimagine EDC as a new type of immersive journey across 12 days and two consecutive weekend celebrations in one city we love. This concept gives Headliners the freedom to choose their own path and join us for one or both weekends, while enabling us to continue evolving, experimenting creatively, and sharing new moments Under the Electric Sky.”

Celebrating the 30th anniversary this past weekend, the sold-out festival welcomed hundreds of thousands of headliners for this celebration. The festival ensured a unique experience for all festival goers to enjoy under the electric sky. The festival featured over more than 450 different artists across 18 different stages, areas, and art cars.

Additional festivities included the debut of the free World Party Parade on the Las Vegas Strip, new stage designs across multiple areas of the festival grounds, expanded art car programming, and additional citywide events with EDC Week, Hotel EDC, and Camp EDC.

As for the theme of the 2027 festival and other information, it will be announced at a later date, arriving closer to the festival. The “Dusk Till Dawn” experience will be designed to have a lower capacity rate, to ensure more space for dancing, and easier travel accommodations for the festival.
