Freakout has been going on for 11 years now- and this year is gold! The festival is freshly minted as a not-for-profit, which is great! The festival has always prided itself as an institution that puts artists first and showcases talent from the global scene. There are so many genres present such as garage rock to psychedelic, punk to electronic, and everything in between, the festival embraces the full spectrum of sonic exploration and is known for paying homage to established legends.
Freakout is thrilled to announce the 2023 lineup – among the standout headliners are:
Allah-Las: Los Angeles-based psych-rock outfit Allah-Las have garnered critical acclaim for their mesmerizing melodies and dreamy, sun-soaked sound. Their captivating live shows transport audiences to a hazy, nostalgic realm where jangling guitars and beautiful harmonies reign supreme.
