Golden Gate Grooves: Outside Lands Tickets on Sale Now!
San Francisco’s favorite annual music festival returns to Golden Gate Park with dashing headliners. Outside Lands has released their 2024 lineup and it is full of staple acts, fresh faces and some exciting new projects. Tickets are on sale now and here is everything you have to know!
This year Outside Lands will be headlined by Sabrina Carpenter, The Killers and Sturgill Simpson. Other artists include KAYTRANADA, Snoh Aalegra, Gryffin, FLETCHER, Tyla and so many more. I’m personally very excited to see some of these acts. I’ve had the chance to see Kaleena Zanders at smaller club shows as well as festivals, and I can’t wait to see what she has prepared for a bigger crowd at a bigger venue. Her funky style and harmonies are always a good time. I haven’t seen K. Flay live in over 4 years and I can’t wait to see how their performance has changed. I recently got to see Sidepiece play at The Midway and it was an awesome set. My only wish was to experience it at a bigger venue and I’m excited for exactly that. Maybe the most anticipated event of the weekend is festival alumni Post Malone, who will be performing a very special country set.
The wildly popular Dolores’ stage will return again this year, featuring an inclusive dance floor that welcomes everyone. The crowd favorite stage embraces the queer and trans communities of San Francisco city and celebrates individuals through collective movement. The full lineup for Dolores’ stage is yet to be announced, so make sure to keep your eye out!
Another favorite returning this year will be SOMA. With an expanded dance space and a new, open air format, that ditches the tent, SOMA will offer house and techno performances under the sun and stars. The SOMA 2024 lineup features Idris Elba, Uncle Waffles, The Blessed Madonna, Shiba San b2b CID and more.
Outside Lands will also feature incredible culinary delights from the Bay Area as well as uniquely curated adult refreshments. A special highlight will be Grass Lands.
In addition, Outside Lands is pleased to announce the return of Outsider Art Presented By Monster Energy to this year’s festival in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on August 9-11. The artistic lineup will see daily installations from the Bay Area and nationally recognized talents of Alyx McClain, Bud Snow, Ricky Watts, RISK, Adam Fu, Wane One, Balloonski and many more. These artists bring the vibrancy of the festival to a whole new dimension by creating original, one of a kind artwork around the festival grounds throughout the weekend. It surely will be beautiful!
