Holy Ship! Wrecked Announces Lineup for December 3-7 2021 Event
Holy Ship! This is seriously the holy grail when it comes to cruise ship parties but now- it’s a resort party! To tell you the truth, it has honestly always been a dream of mine to go to this event. Holy Ship! sure has blazed a party path across the Caribbean! To be honest, the cruise has defined and birthed a generation of dance fans and artists, who came of age on the water, and share a common bond that’s spread around the globe. Following the 2020 debut of resort-based Holy Ship! Wrecked in the Dominican Republic, the 2021 edition takes over Hard Rock Riviera Maya Resort on the shores of Mexico for four days of music, activities, and luxe accommodations, December 3-7. The first Holy Ship! Wrecked was one for the books. Don’t just take my word for it, those who experienced the first Holy Ship! Wrecked, can attest to the party convenience and lavishness of the all-inclusive, full resort takeover. This new venue, the Hard Rock Riviera Maya will bring the concept to new heights with six-stage environments including beachfront and club venues, premium 24/7 bars, and a range of activities all within steps of luxury hotel rooms throughout the intimate resort footprint.
Who Will Be There??
You can expect the 2021 edition to blow your minds and make you say HOLY SHI*! Multiple genres and scenes from around the globe will be represented at this legendary event. We’ll see that amazing Alison Wonderland enamoring us with his mixing style and high-impact DJ sets. In addition, live improvisation wiz Marc Rebillet will take over the event with his outrageous performance, while Fools Gold boss A-Trak retains his throne as the event’s turntablist extraordinaire. Moody electro-pop icons Madeon and ZHU will also make their return. For real, this event brings the heat!!
Are you a fan of House music? Lucky you, because all shades of House music will be on display in true Ship fashion. They will be led by global superstar Seth Troxler, fan-favorite, and Holy Ship! OG Justin Martin, Repopulate Mars leader Lee Foss, the Desert Hearts crew, deep disco from Folamour, and Dirtybird prince Ardalan. Chris Lake is back with a repertoire of classics in tow for his renowned Black Book Records sunrise set.
But bass music fans will be pleased as well! The bass will continue its triumph under Caribbean skies once again with new-age dubstep king Subtronics, SMOG LA legend 12th Planet, throw-down queen GG Magree, low-end funk lord Boogie T, and beatsmith Charlesthefirst.
Melodic house or techno your jam? You can expect to hear some of your favorite artists in this genre as well. Truly, Holy Ship! Wrecked has such a diverse lineup- you can’t go wrong with this once-in-a-lifetime event. Hard-hitting European titan Charlotte De Witte will make her much anticipated debut, leading a welcomed underground invasion. She will be joined in the deep-end by Anjunadeep star Ben Böhmer, Italian Drumcode upstart Enrico Sangiuliano, and forward-thinking tech-house riser Rebuke.
Signature branded parties remain a centerpiece of the Holy Ship! Wrecked experience with blow-out soirées from Ardy Pardy, Anjunadeep, Black Book Records, Cyclops Recordings, Desert Hearts, Factory 93 Experience and Repopulate Mars.
Holy Ship! Wrecked Amenities
Of course, music is one of the highlights of this event. The musical journey of Holy Ship! Wrecked will transport fans from sunset to sunrise, flowing between six-stage environments from Heaven Beach to the Main Stage, poolside pop-ups to the Heaven Club (with a pool in the middle of the dance floor!), and two other late-night venues to keep the party going. You can truly do it all! Plus Shipfam can expect all the extracurricular activities the event is famous for – DJ workshops, beach games, OG Party, and many more surprises captained by fan-favorite artists. I personally love taking part in those!
Of course, you can expect to truly enjoy all resort amenities as well. You don’t have to worry here as amenities will take their headlining slot too. There are nine all-inclusive restaurants, complimentary craft cocktail & tequila bars, twenty-four-hour room service, waterpark, zipline, extreme sports, and fitness center. Ah, this trip truly sounds like a dream! This is a truly worry-free, action-packed experience. Those looking for R&R can spend the day being pampered at the Spa and Salon or kicking back in their own private hot tub and balcony before getting back out on the dancefloor.
