The inspiration behind the track was to create something that was quite visual, especially with the lyrics. MALARKEY: ‘’Inspiration wise, this was definitely a track that I definitely wanted to put my stamp on, but also make something that was quite visual. The lyrical content of Top Floor evoked a lot visually for me, so I wanted to have that gracefulness matched in the breaks too. Definitely one of my favourite tracks I’ve made this year for sure!’’
