Let The Lights Go Out with Riotron and Black Caviar
Canadian retrowave artist Riotron releases Black Caviar remix of ‘Lights Go Out’
This remix will get your groove on! With 10 million streams for his wonderfully weird ‘I’m Sorry’ video (see it here) and universal acclaim for its remix by Wuki, Riotron returns with another slice of dancefloor heaven. This time, it is in the form of a thumping remix of his darkly infectious pop song ‘Light Go Out’ by Grammy-nominated swag house duo Black Caviar. BC’s track ‘What’s Up Danger’ from the Spiderman: Into The Spiderverse soundtrack recently surpassed 100 million streams. Talk about an epic track right there!
“There’s nobody on the scene like Black Caviar. They elevate dance music to real pop art that transcends the genre. It was an honor to work with them.”
“We loved working with Riotron on “Lights Go Out”.” says Black Caviar in turn “It’s a deep song with a lot of emotion, so we wanted to keep that same energy in the remix. It’s always a pleasure to remix a song that has such a strong hook to work around.”
Riotron is the brainchild of singer/songwriter Jeff Fettes. The act is an electro-pop project from Winnipeg, Canada that combines elements of 80s synthwave, EDM, and even some jazz into a unique sound. It’s appealing, fun, and easy to dance to! The name is derived from the hit song ‘Rio’ by Duran Duran and the 1982 fantasy sci-fi film Tron. Look for more music and stunning visuals from Riotron coming soon. Check it out ASAP! You will be dancing away in no time, ready to take the blues away!
