Noise Pop 2025 Reveals Exclusive Events!!!

Noise Pop Industries is excited to unveil the final additions to the 2025 lineup for the 32nd annual Noise Pop Festival, returning to the San Francisco Bay Area from Thursday, February 20 through Sunday, March 2, 2025.

Recognized as one of the nation’s premier independent music festivals, Noise Pop continues to bring together a diverse array of artists across genres for a multi-day, multi-venue celebration of music and arts.

The latest additions to the 2025 Noise Pop Festival are as follows, with tickets available starting at www.noisepopfest.com:

  • Noise Pop Festival returns to Grace Cathedral: Indie rock legends St. Vincent (February 23) and Benjamin Gibbard (February 25) will perform intimate sets, marking their highly anticipated returns to the festival (St. Vincent last performed in 2009, and Gibbard in 2011 and 2015). Both performances are presented in partnership with Great American Music Hall.
  • Back-to-back performances at the Great American Music Hall: Critically acclaimed hip-hop artist Earl Sweatshirt (February 25-26) will headline two unforgettable nights.
  • Rare screening, Q&A, and pre-festival performance: Grammy Award-winning artist Fantastic Negrito will present a special screening of White Jesus Black Problems at 4 Star Theatre (February 14), a film set to his album of the same name, written and filmed in Oakland.
  • Late-night dance party at 1015 Folsom: UK-based DJ/producer SOSA will bring the heat to the dance floor on February 28.

In addition to the stellar lineup, Noise Pop Festival is partnering with SF Sketchfest to host a one-night-only tribute concert honoring the late David Lynch at the Great American Music Hall on February 19. The Red Room Orchestra, formed by San Francisco producer and multi-instrumentalist Marc Capelle, will perform live interpretations of Lynch’s iconic TV show Twin Peaks, with proceeds benefiting Carel Struycken, who recently lost his home in the LA fires.

These final announcements complete the festival’s already impressive 2025 lineup, which includes headliners American Football (celebrating the 25th anniversary of their debut album, LP1, with a rare two-night engagement on March 1-2) and Soccer Mommy (February 28, March 1), returning as festival alumni. Other highlights include first-time performances from Lankum and Danny Brown, as well as The American Analog Set, reuniting after a 20-year hiatus.

Festival veterans DIIV, fresh off the release of their first album in five years, Frog in Boiling Water, will also return, alongside Flamin’ Groovies (February 22). Additionally, SFJAZZ returns for a fourth consecutive year with a multi-night concert series, featuring Dani Offline (February 27), Sirintip (February 28), August Lee Stevens (March 1), and MeloDios (March 2) — each performing two sets per night.

“This year’s Noise Pop Festival is shaping up to be something truly extraordinary, especially with the addition of iconic performances by St. Vincent, Benjamin Gibbard, and Earl Sweatshirt,” said Noise Pop CEO Michelle Swing. “From special shows to discovering incredible local talent, this festival celebrates the heart and soul of the Bay Area music scene. We cannot wait for everyone to experience it all.”

Tickets for all newly announced concerts will be available for purchase through www.noisepopfest.com. Festival badges are on sale now, and VIP and SuperFan badge packages are also available. Badge holders gain access to an array of exclusive events, including happy hours, art exhibitions, pop-ups, after-parties, and more. Limited badges offer an unparalleled opportunity to explore the Bay Area’s most iconic music venues throughout the week.

Noise Pop extends thanks to its venue partners, including Great American Music Hall, The Fillmore, August Hall, 4 Star Theatre, 1015 Folsom, Public Works, Rickshaw Stop, Bottom of the Hill, The Lab, Gray Area, Grace Cathedral, SF Jazz, and the California Academy of Sciences.

Sponsors of this independently produced festival include Montucky Cold Snacks, Fords Gin, Slane Whiskey, Diplomatico Rum, Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur, and Z Hotels (Hotel Zelos, Hotel Zetta, Hotel Zeppelin).

In keeping with Noise Pop Festival’s tradition of supporting artists and the community, a portion of festival proceeds will be donated to the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, a nonprofit assisting music industry professionals facing financial challenges due to physical or mental health issues or disability. Since 2020, the organization has provided over $450,000 to Bay Area music industry workers. More information is available at sweetrelief.org.
