Phoenix Warehouse Project Part 3: Tchami & Gorgon City

After much anticipation, Relentless Beats is back with another Warehouse project June 7th and 8th and this lineup is something you won’t want to miss. Returning to Warehouse 215 in Downtown Phoenix, this two day event will showcase house music at it’s finest with headliners including Tchami for night one and Gorgon City for night two.

After attending both of the previous Phx Warehouse Projects I have learned that these events are much more than just music but also a hub for art, love, and culture in Downtown Phoenix. Outside of the warehouse you can find booths with local vendors as well as live art being created! Upon arrival at the warehouse you will find a large barn-like space with beautiful chandeliers throughout the room. This is the main stage which is very spacious and allows for close up rail riding or even space for grooving with your crew in the back. There are two more rooms to each side that also have stages. With three different stages, the vibes are always up to you! I love to bounce from stage to stage to hear new music especially when all of the stages are playing house music.

As you wander around the venue you will find the Weird and Wonderful performers beautifully dancing on platforms. They really do an amazing job transforming the night with their live art and gorgeous costumes that add another layer of interaction to the show. The warehouse is usually decorated to a specific theme to match their outfits and create an enchanting environment for attendees.

When it comes to the music I am most excited for night one to see Tchami, who is known for producing future house music. I saw Tchami at my first festival HARD Summer 2019 and he went b2b with Zhu which was a set I will never forget. He brings a deep house vibe along with incorporating some bass and hip hop elements in his music. Biscits is also performing night one and if you like tech house I recommend stopping by his set to dance and enjoy the energetic atmosphere.

On Saturday, Gorgon City will bring the heat with more house music filled with soulful vocals and upbeat melodies. Watching their performance at M3F back in April was when I fell in love with their music. They create beautiful visuals to match their melodic house sets which always have a positive vibe and happy energy. Max Styler will also be a highlight for night two as he will provide hypnotic tracks, like one of my favorites called “Rhythm Machine” with Westend and his new track “Lights Out” that I can’t wait to hear live. With such a stacked lineup we are guaranteed for a weekend full of electric energy! See you on the dance floor!
