Artist Biography

Wyatt Flores is the Oklahoma‑born singer‑songwriter and Americana craftsman whose finely tuned fusion of red dirt country, folk‑rock, and introspective storytelling has rapidly positioned him as one of the most compelling young voices in contemporary roots music. Raised in Stillwater, Oklahoma, amidst family musicians and steeped in the state’s storied red‑dirt tradition, Flores began releasing music independently in 2021 and quickly gained traction with emotionally resonant singles like “Please Don’t Go,” which charted on Billboard and streamed widely for its raw honesty. His technical approach blends acoustic guitar foundations with layered harmonica, pedal steel, and fiddle — anchored by a gritty, expressive vocal delivery that channels both vulnerability and lived experience — and his 2024 debut album Welcome to the Plains showcased a meticulous balance of organic instrumentation and thoughtful production that reflects themes of home, loss, and self‑discovery. Signed to Island Records and nominated for Emerging Artist honors at the Americana Music Awards, Flores brings crafted musicianship and narrative depth to his festival sets, where heartfelt lyricism and polished yet earthy arrangements resonate with audiences across genre lines.
