Artist Biography
Waylon Wyatt is the Arkansas‑born country and Americana singer‑songwriter whose raw, red‑dirt‑infused sound and honest lyricism have accelerated his rise from porch‑recorded demos to internationally touring artist while still in his teens. Growing up in Hackett, he began crafting songs after long days working construction with his father, eventually uploading “Everything Under the Sun” on TikTok — a stripped‑down acoustic track that quickly garnered viral attention and led to a record deal with Music Soup and Darkroom Records, as well as the debut EP Til the Sun Goes Down being streamed hundreds of millions of times and earning gold certifications for standout tracks like “Arkansas Diamond” and “Jailbreak.” Wyatt’s technical approach emphasizes sparse, organic production that foregrounds his weathered vocal tone, nuanced finger‑picked guitar lines, and narrative songwriting rooted in personal experience and folk tradition, a blend that has propelled sold‑out tours across North America and Europe, major festival appearances, and a sophomore EP that reflects both his continued evolution and deep connection to country’s storytelling heritage.
