Artist Biography
Snow Strippers are the Detroit‑born electronic music duo — comprised of vocalist Tatiana Schwaninger and producer Graham Perez — whose raw fusion of EDM, electropop, trance, and electroclash has carved a distinct niche in the modern underground electronic landscape by channeling both frenetic club energy and nostalgic “indie sleaze” aesthetics. Formed in 2021 after the pair met in Florida and relocated first to Detroit and then to New York, the duo quickly made waves with their self‑released debut album The Snow Strippers and subsequent mixtapes April Mixtape 2 and April Mixtape 3, releasing a relentless blend of distorted synths, aggressive drum programming, and punk‑inflected vocal delivery that invokes comparisons to early 2000s electro acts while pushing forward with their own chaotic timbral signature. Signed to Surf Gang and Mad Decent, their work — including the viral tracks “Under Your Spell” and “Don’t You Feel” and collaborations with Lil Uzi Vert — blends witch house, techno, and big‑room EDM into a technical palette defined by high‑contrast dynamics, fractured rhythmic structures, and immersive sonic textures that transform festival sets into spontaneous rave‑like rituals.
