Shaky Beats Returns To Downtown Atlanta
By Robert Flagg | April 16, 2019
Shaky Beats returns for yet another year! The festival located in Atlanta, GA at Central Park on May 10th & May 11th is set up for another big weekend. With headliners Rufus Du Sol, Martin Garrix, FISHER, San Holo, Party Favor, Clozee, San Holo, Boogie-T, Solardo and many more to perform it really is set up for a stellar festival. Next to these headliners I’m most excited for Ekali. Ever since his set from The Buku Project I’ve been wanting to see him again as his set was an emotional rollercoaster he’ll be one of the ones I look out for. Martin Garrix is another artist I’m excited to see, after live streaming his Ultra 2019 set this wasn’t something I wanted to miss out on. Whipped Cream is another artist you do not want to miss she has been taking the scene by storm, performing all over the United States leaving crowds in absolute shambles after her sets.
On the lineup as well is a Wakaan favorite: Clozee, her set at Hulaween was beautiful and the live stream of her coachella set gave me a huge case of FOMO, I personally can’t wait to see her play live again. For those house music loving fans the festival brought on two of the genres biggest as Fisher and Chris Lake are both on the lineup you’re definitely set to lose it. The venue itself has four stages: The Criminal Records stage, Ponce De Leon, Peachtree, and Piedmont . Also, you don’t have to worry because there is an experience beyond the music that all festival-goers can enjoy as well. They have wonderful art displays, photobooths, official merch, and crazy good food from Belgian-Style to Indian there is something for everyone. With a lineup this stacked, tons of artists to see in the heart of Atlanta this is one that you do not want to miss out on. Tickets are currently on sale for a one day pass at $99 and a two-day pass for $140! We hope to see you there!
