The Schedule For North Coast Is HERE!!
The moment everyone has been waiting for is HERE! North Coast has just unveiled their schedule for the upcoming festival, taking place this Labor Day Weekend at the Seat Geek Stadium in Chicago. Are you ready for the fun? Check out their lineup!
Let’s start with FRIDAY! There are some great names on this lineup but there are two stage takeovers worth noting- at The Canopy you can check out tons of great releases from Catch & Release Records, from Fisher and friends. In addition, if you want to headbang, head on over to Cyclops Recordings at the Vega. These stage takeovers are great if you want to check out specific genres of music or if like myself, you’re a huge fan of a genre. I’m personally a dubstep fan, so I know I’ll be checking out The Vega! There are TONS of great artists on the main stage and smaller stages as well!
Saturday brings us two new takeovers including Higher Ground with Diplo and the Seven Lions Ophelia Takeover at The Vega. I know I’ll be hanging at The Vega, for sure! Seven Lions is one of my top artists and I’m psyched to be checking this one out! I believe these takeovers are one of the BEST aspects of North Coast! And of course, you can check out the other stages for some great artists. I LOVE that the headliner ends the night because I can still check out Illenium after all the other stages end. It’ll be packed, though!
Sunday brings us two new takeovers. Svdden Death Presents The Garden of The Deceiver will be blowing the roof off The Vega! And The Firepit brings us a special takeover from EDM Chicago, which includes tons of great sets from locals! Sadly, night three ends early with Porter closing out the night at 10:30, but it is a weekday the next day, so we get it.
Make sure you have a plan for getting there. Check out the shuttle information so you know your plan of action. You can park there as well, but you need a parking pass. I looked up information about buses and the train and you can choose this, but make sure you’re aware that it is still quite a walk from the bus stops!
Don’t forget your vaccine card or negative test! This is a requirement from the city, so be aware and have the proper documents.
