Your long wait is almost over. Anjunadeep 11 is mixed by Bristol legend – and one half of Way Out West – Jody Wisternoff and label boss James Grant. Finally, the compilation comes out on Friday, February 7th!
Anjunadeep 11 features over 30 new and exclusive tracks that set the tone for what’s to come from the label in 2020. This is going to be an epic year of releases.
The company was established in 2005 by Above & Beyond and James Grant. Since then, the label has evolved into one of electronic music’s leading independent labels. For example, the label has over 450 releases under its belt and is responsible for breaking acts like Lane 8, Dusky, Yotto, Cubicolor, Ben Böhmer, and Eli & Fur.
Anjunadeep and The New Experiences
2019 was the label’s biggest year yet, with the launch of Anjunadeep’s Explorations Festival brand. For instance, the launch saw 2000 fans flock to the beaches of the Ionian coast in Dhërmi, Albania for five days of music, connection and discovery. Sounds like a mind altering experience!
The company has continued to expand its global Anjunadeep Open Air event series, with a fresh string of sold-out shows in Montréal, Bali, Budapest, the iconic Brooklyn Mirage in New York and for the second year running the 7000 capacity Three Mills Island in London.
In July 2020, the label will host two immersive two-stage events in London (Magazine London) and New York (Avant Gardner). This is a unique indoor/outdoor concept that will showcase label stars and special guests from day to night. For example, each show will feature new experiential audiovisual production.
