Mark your calendars for August 3 and 4, 2024, as the festival takes its iconic celebration to the vibrant new location of Inglewood’s Hollywood Park, adjacent to the renowned SoFi Stadium.
Since its inception in 2008, HARD Summer has solidified its place as a cornerstone of the Southern California festival scene, boasting a distinctive multi-genre curation and a nostalgic Y2K aesthetic. Now, as the largest electronic music event in Los Angeles, HARD Summer continues to be a beacon of the city’s diverse musical landscape.
A Diverse Musical Journey:
The 2024 lineup is a testament to HARD’s commitment to diversity, featuring a fusion of electronic heavyweights, underground champions, marquee crossover acts, and rising stars. Headlining the festival are GRAMMY-nominated duo Disclosure, the dynamic duo FISHER + Chris Lake in their collaborative show “Under Construction,” and the hard-hitting collaboration of REZZMAU5 featuring Rezz and deadmau5. Special guests include UK electronic duo Chase & Status and GRAMMY-winning singer/songwriter Nelly Furtado, alongside globally celebrated acts such as Major Lazer and Jamie xx.
Crossover Talent and Emerging Stars:
The festival’s lineup also showcases a blend of crossover talent and emerging stars, with Channel Tres bringing smooth house and hip-hop inspired beats, Sofi Tukker delivering an energetic DJ Set, and Elderbrook captivating audiences with multi-instrumental live performances. The festival’s underground house and techno curation celebrate storied icons on the international circuit, with Mochakk, Seth Troxler b2b DJ Tennis, and Kerri Chandler leading the charge. Various artists will present unique back-to-back sets, while Chloé Caillet and others bring their innovative sounds to the stage.
Heavier Sonics and Festival Alumni:
Fans of heavier sonics can look forward to sets from Zeds Dead, Subtronics, Sub Focus, and Dimension, while festival alumni like Tchami x Malaa, Dillon Francis, and Boys Noize make a triumphant return. This year, HARD Summer moves to the sprawling Hollywood Park, nestled within the renowned grounds of SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater.
