To commemorate its 15th anniversary, Chicagoland’s leading electronic music event, North Coast Music Festival, has announced the full slate for its highly anticipated official after party series, ‘NIGHT LIGHTS’. Running August 29–31, 2025, the series will include 27 events across the city, spotlighting some of dance music’s top talent and marking North Coast’s most expansive late-night programming to date.
On Friday, August 29, North Coast festival-goers can continue the celebration beyond SeatGeek Stadium, with after party performances lighting up venues across Chicago. Highlights include Chris Lake at TAO, Kaskade at House Of Blues, SVDDEN DEATH at 115 Bourbon Street, Galantis at Sound-Bar, Louis The Child at POLEKATZ, Lil Texas at The Pavilion at Branding Iron, Kai Wachi at Joe’s On Weed St, Ray Volpe at Magoos, and Ian Asher at Electric Hotel.
Night Lights continues on Saturday, August 30, with another stacked lineup across Chicago, including Excision at House Of Blues, SOFI TUKKER at Ramova Theatre, Of The Trees (Odds & Ends Set) at Garcia’s, ATLiens at Joe on Weed St, NGHTMRE at TAO, LP Giobbi at Electric Hotel, Dimension at The Pavilion at Branding Iron, Zingara at Magoos, Detox Unit at Sound-Bar, and Westend & Joshwa at POLEKATZ.
On Sunday, August 31, Night Lights closes out the weekend with an electrifying finale across Chicago. Performances include Zeds Dead B2B Liquid Stranger at Ramova Theatre, Daily Bread at House of Blues, ARMNHMR at TAO, Apashe at Magoos, Bonnie X Clyde at Electric Hotel, Stooges + VKTM at The Pavillion at Branding Iron, and Brownies & Lemonade w/ Surprise Guests at POLEKATZ.
North Coast has also revealed the official set times for the main festival, which returns to SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, IL from Friday, August 29 through Sunday, August 31, 2025.
On Friday, August 29, Chris Lake will headline the Stadium: Evolved stage with a two-hour closing set from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, while Kaskade caps off the Shipyard 360 stage from 9:15 PM to 10:45 PM. Meanwhile, SVDDEN DEATH PRESENTS VOYD will bring the night to a close on the Mega Vega stage from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
On Saturday, August 30, the night will be ended by Excision closing the Stadium: Evolved stage from 10:45 PM to 12:00 AM, SOFI TUKKER wrapping up the Shipyard 360 stage from 10:00 PM to 11:15 PM, and Seven Lions finishing the Mega Vega stage from 9:30 PM to 10:45 PM.
On Sunday, August 31, Zeds Dead will close out a stacked day of performances at the Stadium: Evolved stage from 9:15 PM to 10:30 PM, while RL Grime caps the Brownies & Lemonade takeover at the Shipyard 360 stage from 8:45 PM to 10:00 PM. Meanwhile, Zedd will deliver the festival’s final Mega Vega set of the year from 8:30 PM to 9:45 PM.
North Coast 2025’s afterparty programming isn’t the only way the festival is leveling up for its milestone year—the three-day event is also unveiling transformative stage enhancements to honor its 15th anniversary. The newly rebranded Stadium: Evolved main stage will debut a custom build that’s 95 feet larger than in previous years, featuring an extended DJ booth that juts into the crowd, 680 watts of lasers, 270 CO₂ tanks, 16 million pixels of video, 317,000 watts of sound, and a fully reimagined rooftop fireworks and pyro display.
North Coast is also transforming the stage formerly known as The Shipyard into an immersive 360° experience. Renamed Shipyard 360, the reimagined setup will feature a custom DJ booth encircled by 12 pillars of lasers, pyro, CO₂, and all-encompassing hi-fi audio, creating a fully surrounding environment for fans.
North Coast has also reintroduced The Vega Stage in its new form, now titled Mega Vega. The upgraded platform boasts a 20% larger structure, 450 watts of lasers, 5,160,900 lumens of lighting, 24.6 million pixels of video, and 135,000 watts of sound—raising the stage into a dazzling showcase of cutting-edge production and immersive audio.
North Coast 2025’s forward-thinking programming and next-level stage designs pave the way for an unforgettable celebration of the festival’s 15-year legacy as a pioneer in electronic music, continually delivering top-tier talent with visionary ambition.
