Everything to Know About the EDC Las Vegas World Party Parade

EDC Las Vegas is taking its 30th year anniversary to another level. It’s no surprise they were going to do something new for this milestone, but an entirely free parade for everyone to enjoy is something that’s completely different and unexpected!

On Thursday, May 14th, a parade called The World Party Parade will hit the strip of Las Vegas. The world party parade is to be an all ages, FREE event for anyone who can make It!

The parade is on the North side of the strip only! The parade will start at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds and travel down S Las Vegas Blvd, passing all your favorite Hotels & Casinos on the Las Vegas Strip, such as Circus Circus, Hilton Grand Vacations, Sahara, and at Resorts World the parade will make a U-turn and go back up S Las Vegas Blvd, and finish back at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds

The World Part parade is the have over 30 art cars, 15 different floats total that are grouped in 3’s. This is creating 5 separate groups of floats and performers. Each group will have different performers, marching bands, and entertainers. I can only assume each group may be a different theme for some of the main stages at EDC.

Staff will be on clear-com to direct the parade from start to finish. This parade is to be a celebration of not just EDC’s 30th anniversary but also a celebration of Love, Unity and electronic dance music. The parade will end back at the Festival grounds where a large celebration will continue after the parade has finished and all the floats will transform into mini stages and that will last for a few hours after the fact.

This is not just a major opening ceremony for EDC. It’s not just a celebration for an anniversary. It’s a celebration of a major milestone yes, but also a Celebration of every person who could have made all this possible, including yourself.

So remember, be safe, celebrate EDC and everything about It, but also celebrate YOU
