Deep Tropics Announces A New Chapter At The Pinnacle
After building one of North America’s most celebrated independent and greenest electronic music festivals, Deep Tropics is entering a new chapter as it relocates from Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park to The Pinnacle following an 88% Waste Diversion Rate in 2025. At The Pinnacle Deep Tropics will introduce a more intimate format for this year’s edition.

The 3 day music festival Deep Tropics: Music City Underground will take place September 4-6. Leading the lineup are internationally renowned artists like Mochakk, Louis The Child, underground icon Tiga, GRAMMY-winning vocalist and Skrillex collaborator Flowdan, techno powerhouse Lilly Palmer, minimal house star Chris Stussy, UK dance music trailblazers Interplanetary Criminal and Nia Archives (DJ Set), the world debut of Salute b2b X Club, alongside dozens more artists like BUNT. Jigitz, Of The Trees, Apashe with a full Brass Orchestra, Whethan and BLOND:ISH.

The festival will expand throughout The Pinnacle campus with indoor and outdoor programming, including a 20,000-square-foot lawn activation featuring local artists, food vendors, community partners, and emerging Nashville talent. A rooftop stage will offer a more intimate setting for special performances and underground moments throughout the weekend. Attendees can expect Late night lineups to this year’s after parties will be revealed soon
The move also creates an opportunity to introduce new sustainability programming at The Pinnacle for the first time in the venue’s history. Deep Tropics will bring its signature zero-waste model to the site, integrating composting, recycling, TerraCycle collection systems, and reusable Infinity Cups throughout the festival.
