Disc Jam Phase 2 Announcement and Activities
Disc Jam 2019 is returning for its 9th year June 6th-9th in Stephentown, NY. Last week, phase 2 of the lineup was announced featuring Aqueous X2, Sunsquabi, Flamingosis, DrFameus, and The Breakfast. Check out the full lineup below.
If you love Jam Bands and disc golf, you might have just found your dream festival! Over the course of 4 days, attendees will be able to enjoy more than 50 live bands and over 30 electronic acts. With such a huge increase in festivals over the past few years, attendees are starting to search for festivals that provide not only killer lineups but unique activities and experiences. In addition to Disc Golf, attendees can also enjoy yoga, wellness workshops, and flow tribe performances.
DISC JAM’S EPIC DISC GOLF
Space for the disc golf tournament is limited! Details regarding the tournament are coming soon! Keep in mind, you do not have to participate in the tournament to play. As long as you have a wristband for the fest, you are good to go! Experienced players will definitely be available to show you the ropes. Don’t own any disc golfs? No worries! Blue Dog Disc Golf and Innova Discs will be providing loaners for free.
Hopefully, by now, you have experienced the epic treat known as Silent Disco. If not, make sure to check it out! It’s an amazing time! Everyone receives a pair of wireless headphones where music is transmitted to. Sometimes you even have a variety of stations to jam out to!
Gardner’s Diner and Mini Golf
During the festival, Gardner’s Ice Cream and Coffee will be serving up some traditional American Diner food. Feeling hot? Grab a meal in their air-conditioned dining room. Have some extra energy? Start up a game of mini golf while you enjoy some ice cream.
Yoga and Wellness Activities
I know I am always grateful for a quick yoga sesh during a 4-day festival. Start your day off on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday at 10 am with some yoga. Yoga will be located on the outskirts of Vendor Village.
Disc Jam is perfect for those of you looking for an intimate, laid back fest. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend checking it out! Of course, we all love a good pre-festival playlist, so make sure to check out Disc Golf’s 2019 Spotify playlist here.
