MOPOP 2022: LETS GET FUNKY

Enter Mopop 2022 – an ultimate indie escape. Get ready to escape to Hart Plaza, Detroit to catch all of your favorite artists! Glass Animals, Big Sean, and Jhené Aiko are some big ones to look out for. Aside from that – Girl in Red, Tai Verdes, and Dominic Fike are upcoming artists that you have to check out. Seeing the views from Canada with the water while also being in the heart of Detroit is unmatched. A mix of indie, rap, and a touch of EDM – there’s something for anyone! FOOD, ARCADES, MERCH, AND MORE!

Aside from the incredible music, the festival is going to include an arcade, merchandise, and delicious food. Do you love old-school gaming and listening to excellent jams? Come to Mopop! Mo Arcade will host all of your go-to old-school games. Pacman, Galaga, and Street Fighter – all of these will be featured at Mopop as Detroit’s own off-world arcade. Do you like to eat? Food vendors are galore! With all local food vendors straight from Detroit, your belly is sure to be full. And – finally – merchandise. Catch a new artist you want to grab a T-shirt for? Mopop got ya. Aside from the merchandise, Mopop will also feature local artists that will be selling their craft. Overall, if you have a gap in the music – you’re sure to find something to do.

MOPOP HAS RETURNED FROM THE HIATUS

Of course, the last Mopop was 2019. As a collective we have been waiting for this and Mopop will not disappoint. Between the exciting lineup, delicious food, and things to explore there’s something for everyone. Personally, I am so excited to go to Mopop after all of this time and I absolutely can’t wait to see you there as well as everything Mopop has to offer.
