Relentless Beats & iHeartRaves Donate Masks

RELENTLESS BEATS PARTNERS WITH IHEARTRAVES TO DONATE 10,000 SURGICAL MASKS TO GILA RIVER HEALTH CARE

It is a crazy, crazy world that we live in! The World continues to navigate its way through a COVID-19 climate. Due to this, Relentless Beats and iHeartRaves have come together for some goodwill on behalf of the entertainment community.  iHeartRaves initially reached out to Relentless Beats ooking to do good in the Phoenix Community. As a result, Relentless Beats tapped Gila River Heath Care as the recipient of 10,000 FDA approved, triple-layer disposable surgical masks for their essential and frontline workers. What a great opportunity to do some good!

“We have made great strides in our fight against COVID-19, we are committed to our efforts, and we will continue to move forward as we work to contain this disease,” says GRHC interim chief executive officer Dr. Anthony Santiago “Relentless Beats and iHeartRaves have been extraordinarily generous with their donation, and we thank them for their generosity and support. This donation will further assist our employees and, in particular, our frontline workers who continue to provide care for our patients.”
The donation and partnership is a bright light on an otherwise uncertain horizon for the music industry. For instance, the industry faces the challenge of trying to find a new balance both in venues, as well as large format festivals for which Relentless Beats has become known. With a successful Road Rave drive-in music festival in its rearview mirror and a return to events just on the horizon, Arizona’s leading dance music and EDM promoter remains vigilant in its pledge to find new ways in which to bring fans together in a safe and socially responsible way. We are excited to see what else happens and the new ways we can enjoy the music!

ABOUT GILA RIVER HEALTH CARE

The Gila River Indian Community is the largest Native American community in the Phoenix area and is home to the Akimel O’otham (Pima) and Pee Posh (Maricopa) people. With the efforts of its forefathers, Gila River Health Care established a healthcare system decades ago to care for the healthcare needs of its people. Today, Gila River Health Care is a vast, self-governed tribal healthcare system that continues on a path to expand its world-class facilities, maintain service excellence, and provide advanced healthcare for Native Americans. Gila River Health Care is focused on its vision and mission statements as these principles emphasize the determination to operationalize a healthcare system that is responsive, respectful, compassionate, and empowering for patients.   GRHC provides healthcare services to all Native Americans from federally recognized tribal communities. Services are offered from its three main campuses and additional service points across the seven districts of the Gila River Indian Community. Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital serves as the anchor campus and is located in Sacaton, AZ. The Komatke Health Center Campus is located in Laveen, AZ, and provides support to the Ak-Chin Clinic, a GRHC satellite health center located in Maricopa, AZ. In 2018, GRHC opened Hau’pal (Red Tail Hawk) Health Center to serve the needs of urban Native Americans living in the Phoenix area.
