The Festival Voice Presents: Eric Sharp Interview!

Hey hey, Festival Voice fam! One of my favorite things about this job is the ability to interview various artists in the music scene. This past week, I was able to interview house maestro Eric Sharp. It was really a neat experience and I’m happy to share about him! Here is the link to the video and it is also embedded into this post.

These past 16 years have been busy for Eric as he has held a coveted residency at LA’s Sound Nightclub, performed at festivals like Coachella, SXSW, and Outside Lands, collaborated with Anna Lunoe, and remix acts like Major Lazer’s Jillionaire. But his success doesn’t stop there as he has been up to some crazy big things lately. Just a few weeks ago, Eric released his Emergence EPThis was a fantastic album that showcased many of Eric’s talents such as his blending composition with songwriting and dance floor senses. Eric has a truly holistic approach to dance music and this is evident in his commitment to sobriety, health, veganism, Jewish heritage, and surrealism.

It was great to interview Eric! You’ll have to check out his new EP, Emergence! Get to the grooving, fam! We’ll see you for the next one!
