There Has Been A Program Malfunction

Shlump delivers extraterrestrial bass-heavy EP “Program Malfunction”

Loving some of these fresh alien bass tracks! Californian DJ, producer, and alien bass maker Shlump presents the ’Program Malfunction’ EP. You’ll be loving this EP and the wubs!

The four-track EP includes a fresh collaboration on the title track with Call Me as well as previously released ‘Hardcore’, his huge remix of Doctor P’s iconic ‘Sweet Shop’ and the brand-new ‘Lose Control’. Talk about an epic EP! Personally, I loved his ‘Sweet Shop’ remix before I even listened to this track, so I knew I would love this EP!

Program Malfunction

Shlump’s collab with fellow Californian producer, Call Me opens ‘Program Malfunction’ with the title track. The aggressive track starts the EP in characteristic Shlump bass-heavy style, complemented by Call Me’s equally intense sound. WUB WUB WUB WUB. ‘Program Malfunction’ is Call Me’s second release of 2020, following ‘Fk Up The Rave’. The multifaceted artist and Shlump performed together last year and they bring that live energy to their debut collaboration. This is one of my new favorite EPs. I love the wubs.

‘Hardcore’ follows, released in July, and was Shlump’s debut solo release on Circus. Earlier in the year, he was involved in Doctor P’s remix project where he took on the Circus figurehead’s first solo release ‘Sweet Shop’ and gave it a whole new spin and lease of life. New release ‘Lose Control’ embodies the deeper, spacy side of Shlump’s ‘Alien bass music’ tagline in brain-melting style. Are you ready for this one?
