Hey everyone, this next artist is not only on tour this year but definitely someone I’d be down to see when the time’s right—the name: Tricky, the game: sultry toned vocals on intense tracks. In September of last year, Tricky had released his “most darkly moving music in years,” which was Pitchfork. The new remix EP ‘Fall To Pieces’ is moving and hard-hitting. It’s like a breath of fresh air—a true collaboration for the future we all have ahead. My favorite addition is trentemøller, and what he did with that piece takes my breath away!

Tricky is a jack of all trades and a music master, with contributions from trentemøller, Kahn, LA Timpa, and Lafawndah. Four absolutely amazing artists who bust their ass and have it show, this EP is well worth listening to. I think trentemøller is one of the most underrated artists of all time, and I believe Like A Stone would take just about anyone to new heights. I love how each artist on this EP took their time and made it their own, and they should all be so proud.

Tricky is only three years into his career, but he is absolutely killing the game! Not only is he killing the game, he also just wrote an autobiography titled ‘Hell Is Round The Corner.’ That doesn’t even include dropping an EP, another banger ‘20,20’ all while recording ‘Fall To Pieces.’ Needless to say, he’s absolutely murdered the music scene while keeping humble. So definitely hit up a show this year. Stay safe out there, everyone; mask up and vaccinate if you can!
